We have reinvented the Necking process thanks to SPL’s in-depth knowledge of the deformation process. The result is a highly innovative necking process which can boast 4 registered patents, each of which relates to key-concepts of the necking machine.

The specific patented design allows you to get what you have never had before in a single necking machine:
– total absence of variation in length and size of the containers, whether they are produced with the machine at full load, or done as a single item (data certified on a D74 mm container);
– perfect alignment of Tool-Holder Plate vs Rotary Plate.

A sturdy, simple and reliable mechanism guarantees a quick stroke change: the productivity of 200 cpm tested and guaranteed for a useful stroke of 100 (mm) alongside a second useful stroke of 150 (mm) at a speed of 160 cpm.

Larghi 36 was designed with extra focus on the weight balance. The perfect balancing of the moving parts minimises any vibration.
The technological characteristics of Larghi 36 make it one of the quietest machines on the market. This means greater acoustic comfort in the work environment.
Advanced electronic solutions and simple controls. SPL is introducing the first necking machine designed around the concept of: "one motion-one motor" for incredibly simple machine design. The controlling of the axles is done via a motion controller for outstanding motion precision. The operator interface is designed to be completely user-friendly and immediately understandable: the control panel is designed so as to get maximum simplification of the running of the machine.
SERVICING: FOREVER AND WHEREVER
The machine is equipped with a diagnostic system and remote control interface: the support team can monitor the system’s operating parameters at any time and in any area of the world. The system is equipped with a webcam for better quality interaction with the machine operating team. The machine software is able to perform a self-diagnostic and report any faults or malfunctions.
